ZYN TECH is designed solely for general fitness, wellness, and tracking purposes. It is not a medical device and is not intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease or health condition.

Metrics such as heart rate tracking and AI activity insights require connection to a compatible external Bluetooth wearable device. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness routine or making health-related decisions.

2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:

• Hardware Disclosure: App integrates with external Bluetooth devices to gather sensor data with user permission.
• Personal Information: Name, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender.
• Health & Fitness Data: Height, weight, steps, heart rate, sleep patterns, calories burned, blood oxygen, blood pressure, distance traveled, and workout details.
• Bluetooth Data: We access Bluetooth functionality to discover, connect, and sync real-time health tracking data (such as heart rate, sleep metrics, blood oxygen, blood pressure, steps, and activity tracking) from your connected Bluetooth wearable device.
• Location Data: With your permission, we collect precise GPS location data during workouts (only workouts which requries GPS location) to track routes. Location access can be enabled or disabled at any time in your device settings.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system, IP address, and unique device identifiers.
• Once you connect the device (with active internet) with the app your data will be synced to our server.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our fitness tracking services.
• Analyze your activity to give personalized insights and recommendations.
• Track and map workout routes using GPS location data.
• Discover, connect, and sync data from your Bluetooth wearable device.
• Send important notifications and updates.
• Maintain and secure your account.

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal or health data. We may share information only in these cases:

• With service providers who help us operate the app (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, mapping/location services, AI service providers).
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Storage and Data Security

• We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
• Device will only store last 5 to 7 days of data, the backup will be saved to our secured server.

6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, once user deletes their account all the data belonging to them will be deleted instantly.

7. Bluetooth Access
Our app requires access to Bluetooth functionality to discover, connect, and sync real-time health tracking data (such as heart rate, sleep metrics, and activity tracking) from your connected Bluetooth wearable device. Bluetooth permission is mandatory for core app functionality.

8. Location Access (Android Bluetooth Scanning)
On certain Android versions, Location permission is required by the Android operating system to scan for nearby Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices. Except where used for GPS-based workout tracking as described in Section 2, we do collect, store, track, or share your physical location data, GPS coordinates, or location history through this permission. This specific location access is used solely to facilitate the Bluetooth device pairing process.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via email.

10. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
